Holiday homes
With a total value for furniture and design elements exceeding €1 million, this residence is a testament to what full-service interior execution can achieve when architecture and artisanship work in harmony. From concept to completion, this turnkey home is delivered with all the essential and refined elements, thoughtfully selected and produced across Europe, and tailored for the US lifestyle.
Working closely with interior designer 2AM Design, LHM Interior is entrusted with the complete production and delivery of all built-in cabinetry throughout the house. Every piece of cabinetry is crafted in our factory, reflecting both durability and elegance.
In addition to cabinetry, all soft furnishings – including sofas, lounge chairs and beds – is custom-made in Europe. The collaboration sets the foundation for a cohesive visual language throughout the home.

Custom kitchen designed to fit American appliance standards and lifestyle habits, extends over 10 meters in an L-shape, anchored by a striking 3-meter island at its center. The cabinetry is equipped with Gaggenau built-in appliances, seamlessly integrated to match the kitchen’s architectural lines and performance expectations.
Crafted from brushed oak veneer, the cabinetry is as tactile as it is durable. Inside, high-end custom made solid wood Evabox and Blum drawers are fitted with Blum Legrabox organizers, offering refined storage solutions that support daily function without compromising on aesthetics.
The stone countertop, produced in Lithuania and shipped overseas, speaks to LHM Interior’s commitment to precision, both in design and logistics. The entire kitchen flows seamlessly into a bespoke 3.5-meter dining table, crafted for 11 guests — creating a natural connection between cooking, dining and living.

Working closely with the client and 2AM Design, LHM Interior was responsible for the full suite of custom cabinetry across the residence — including kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and integrated storage. All units are built from brushed oak veneer, chosen for its warm tone and distinctive texture.
This level of detail allows the design to respond directly to the home’s architecture — avoiding standard modules in favor of precise, purpose-built solutions. Every element is produced in-house and coordinated from Lithuania to the US.

The result is a layered, tactile interior that feels consistent throughout — not only in aesthetics, but in quality and feel.

A central design highlight will be the bespoke main pendant light, developed exclusively for this home. The fixture features:
The pendant is more more than a light — it is a sculptural statement piece within the space.

Bespoke pendant made of genuine leather
The bathrooms continue the same architectural language seen throughout the residence, where material authenticity and precise detailing define the space.
Custom-built bathroom cabinetry is crafted from brushed oak veneer, chosen for its warm tone and distinctive natural grain. The furniture is designed specifically for each bathroom layout, allowing storage, proportions and visual balance to respond directly to the architecture of the home.
Each vanity is paired with custom-made ceramic sinks, produced to complement the proportions of the cabinetry and create a clean, sculptural focal point within the space. Wall-mounted faucets by Dornbracht reinforce the minimalist architectural expression while ensuring premium performance and durability.
To further enhance the tactile quality of the interiors, the cabinetry is fitted with hardware from Turnstyle Designs, featuring genuine leather elements and finely crafted metal details. These subtle accents introduce a refined material contrast, echoing the natural palette used throughout the home.
Together, these elements transform the bathrooms into calm, highly considered spaces where craftsmanship, materials and functionality work in harmony.
